THERAPY IS AN INVESTMENT

To honor that investment, Verbena Counseling takes the time to talk with each client prior to setting up an

initial appointment to briefly discuss the reasons for seeking therapy, and determining goodness-of-fit.

Rates: 

Initial Assessment: $200

55 Minute Session: $175

​

Insurance: 

Illinois: In-network with BCBS PPO and UnitedHealthcare PPO plans. 

Texas: Not currently paneled with insurance companies. Self-pay rates apply.

**If you have an insurance carrier that is out of network with Verbena, a superbill can be provided to you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Sliding Scale: 

Reduced fee sessions are available on a limited basis and are based on the client's financial and insurance constraints. Email to inquire about availability. 

 

Communication outside of session: 

Fees may apply if phone call check-ins exceed 15 minutes.
